This is an opportunity to bring your experience, perspective and business judgment to the governance of a diverse portfolio of Tłı̨chǫ businesses and contribute to the long-term economic success of the Tłı̨chǫ Nation. The Board provides strategic leadership and oversight to TIC, including corporate governance, financial stewardship, risk management, organizational performance and strategic direction. Directors work with the CEO and management team while maintaining a clear distinction between governance and day-to-day operations.
