Retail Team Lead, Kildonan Place

Job type: Part-time, 6-Month Contract Hours are estimated to be: 24 hours per week Expected hourly pay: $18.65 per hour Do you love chocolates? The successful candidate will begin training mid October in a shop near by, with the new shop expected to open in late October.  The Team Lead reports to Shop Management and works closely with them to ensure all merchandising, customer service, and shop operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and guidelines.  You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.    This is a position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.   There is potential for this position to become permanent based on business needs and performance.   How to apply: Please apply online or drop off your resume at our shop in St Vital or Polo Park.
