Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Order Management and RMA, the Order Management Representative is responsible for ensuring; client satisfaction and account retention by accurately receiving, entering, monitoring and documenting client orders, to point of shipment, responding to and appropriately addressing client inquires or complaints, processing change requests and communicating with internal departments. The Order Management Representative will also support the Regional Sales Team.
