As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a strategic role in maintaining safe and efficient underground mining operations through the implementation and management of the Ground Control Program. Reporting to the Geotechnical Superintendent, you will oversee Ground Control Engineers and Technicians while leading geotechnical initiatives that support mine planning, ground stability, and operational excellence. Working closely with mine operations, technical services, and engineering teams, you will provide critical technical guidance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to ground control standards and best practices.
