The Curriculum Instructional Designer develops and maintains engaging, accessible learning resources and evaluation tools that support the continuing competence and safe practice of LPNs and HCAs. Working collaboratively with internal teams, this role applies adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create high-quality learning experiences aligned with CLHA’s regulatory mandate and strategic goals.
