Maintenance Technician (Perm, FT)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure. This role helps ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment and facilities by identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and general maintenance issues. The Maintenance Technician works independently and collaboratively with operations personnel to minimize equipment downtime and support production objectives while maintaining compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards. This position may require overtime, on-call support, and shift work based on operational requirements.
