The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, and day-to-day operations of the Truro branch. As the senior leader at the branch level, you will foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will lead the Sales function, supporting the sales team, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and participating directly in equipment sales. You will also work closely with the After Sales Manager, who reports to you and oversees Parts and Service, to ensure effective operations and a consistent customer experience across the branch.
