Toromont Cat is looking for a Enterprise Change Management Manager to join our team in Concord! Reporting to the Director, PMO, the Enterprise Change Management Manager will lead organizational change initiatives that support strategic business priorities across Toromont Cat. This role is responsible for developing enterprise change management frameworks, driving stakeholder engagement, assessing change impacts, coaching leaders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The successful candidate will partner with executives, business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to build readiness, manage resistance, and sustain long-term business outcomes.
