EXP is seeking a hands-on Bridge Design Engineer to help build and deliver our bridge and transportation structures team in Western Canada. Based in Calgary, you will work with our Bridge Engineering Lead and multidisciplinary team on structural assessments, rehabilitation, replacement and new design assignments, taking ownership of substantial work packages from field investigation through design, tendering and construction support. This role is intended for an experienced engineer who can independently advance technical work, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and help establish the delivery practices of a growing local bridge team, with room to develop toward broader project and technical leadership.
