The Assistant Manager supports the Unit Manager in leading the daily operations of the unit, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role partners with the Unit Manager to develop and lead a high-performing team, maintain Starbucks brand standards, and create a welcoming environment for customers and associates. The Assistant Manager assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Unit Manager and plays a key role in coaching, developing, and motivating associates while driving sales, operational efficiency, and food safety compliance.
