The Fund Development Coordinator is the operational backbone of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg’s Fund Development team, helping turn generosity into impact by ensuring donations are processed accurately, donors are recognized meaningfully, fundraising activities are delivered effectively, and reliable information is available to support decision-making. Through strong systems, responsive donor service and consistent execution, the Coordinator helps safeguard the Association’s charitable responsibilities and reputation while enabling the Fund Development team to focus on building relationships and growing philanthropic support for the Y’s mission.
