Building Services Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Services, the Manager, Building Services is responsible for the eenterprise-wide development, implementation and evaluation of programs for Care Communities and Retirement Residences such as, preventative maintenances, equipment and machinery maintenance, grounds management, security, waste management and environmental sustainability. This position will participate in and lead the planning, implementation and tracking of short-term or long-term enterprise-wide building initiatives and projects. This role will work closely with Operations and Capital Assets as well as provide coaching and mentoring to Building Consultants and Environmental Services Managers
