Security Guard Supervisor

Must have lived in Canada for 5 years. This is for enhanced reliability security screening requirements. Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong report-writing and investigative skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based security systems. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Complete a Criminal Record Check and reference background check. Legally able to work in Saskatchewan. Successful completion of the Ministry of Corrections and Policing forty (40) hour Private Investigators and Security Guard course**. Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising contract security personnel. Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or critical infrastructure environments. Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV platforms, and electronic patrol systems. First Aid/CPR certification. Occupational Health & Safety training. Incident Command System (ICS) or emergency management training. Preference may be provided to applicants with military or policing background.
