About this job
As a Member Service Representative 3B, you will provide an exceptional member experience to business and retail members and contribute to the success of the branch through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. You will process account transactions and delivery of credit union deposit and investment products including registered products and services to support members in meeting their financial needs. Also, you will process overdrafts within established policy and authorized limits. Plus, handle initial estate-related inquiries and documentation.
