Design Engineer/Technologist

- Engineering degree or technologist diploma in mechanical, agricultural, or related engineering field - Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software; experience with FEA tools such as SolidWorks Simulation - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. - Strong knowledge of and interest in modern agricultural practices and equipment technology. Experience with cattle operations, livestock feeding equipment, and/or self-propelled machinery is considered a strong asset. - Familiarity with prototype development, testing, instrumentation, and data collection. - Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and modern manufacturing methods. - Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and resilience when tackling complex engineering challenges. - Comfortable working in a hands-on environment - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, innovate, and continuously improve products and processes Bourgault Offers: - Competitive, performance based pay (starting salary dependent on experience) - Health & dental benefits - Company-matching RRSP - Performance bonuses & more!
