The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment support for HPS (multiple locations within Canada and US), with a focus on technical, specialized, corporate, leadership, co-op, and hard-to-fill roles. This position supports business continuity and growth by partnering with hiring leaders, building proactive talent pipelines, strengthening external partnerships, and delivering a consistent candidate experience through effective use of UKG Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment metrics, and targeted sourcing strategies.
