Health Clinic Manager

Sound critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Well-developed prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate schedules and workload demands in a fast-paced clinic environment. Serve as a link between frontline staff and senior leadership by translating strategic priorities into operational practices. Initiative to improve processes and confidence in assuming a go-to resource role within areas of responsibility. Professional and mature approach to patient care, with a positive and professional attitude. Organize and plan health clinic meetings Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring patient flow is optimized without compromising quality of care. Including payroll, HR inquiries and patient care concerns. Contribute to and implement health department budgets and financial controls to ensure accountability across all programs and services. Monitor budgets and collaborate with MGBHLM Finance to analyze, understand, and report variances. Coordinate and oversee regular financial reports for funders, the Health Director, and Council, in accordance with agreements and reporting requirements. Follow established purchasing HR and Health policies and procedures Serve as the main point of contact for clinic staff requests and concerns, including sick calls, vacation requests, professional development requests, and other operational matters. Lead, supervise, mentor, and coach clinic support and interprofessional clinical staff, including recruitment, orientation, training, staff development, and performance reviews.
