The Program Manager will perform tasks to maintain the flow of communication between Arrow locations and the customers. The function of this position ensures that the on-going and evolving needs of customers are serviced. Coordinates information from internal departments to prepare quotes for customer products and/or to address any customer concerns and engineering changes on current products. Feeds back information to departments pertaining to customer expectations and/or issues. This position will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Vice President Business Development.
