The Maintenance Engineering role focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, optimizing equipment reliability, and administering the Tekmon system, inventory, and SOPs. In addition to training staff and supporting continuous improvement, this position ensures seamless plant operations through direct technical support and active involvement in production meetings. To support 24/7 operations, candidates must be flexible to work a continental shift, provide on-call emergency coverage, and travel domestically for training and equipment procurement.
