Packer/Candler (Perm, Full-Time, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS, DAYS AND AFTERNOONS)

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Packer/Candler is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packaging eggs to ensure quality, food safety, and production standards are met. This fast-paced role involves removing damaged or dirty eggs, verifying carton and code date accuracy, packaging products for distribution, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures, support production line operations, and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Flexibility, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs are required.
