The HR Business Partner is recognized as a junior level HR expert, providing business leadership/guidance to help ensure organizational priorities/goals are successfully achieved through people.  The HRBP will develop and implement effective programs, solutions and initiatives and participate in the development of strategies that are aligned to business plans.  The HRBP will also promote a culture of safety, strong performance, accountability, employee loyalty/engagement, and customer service /experience excellence.
