Assessor Coordinator Degree

The Assessor Coordinator - Degree is responsible for the overall direction and case management of services for individuals across all age ranges, within a defined geographical area, who have experienced an acquired brain injury. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree reports directly to the manager of the service line responsible for Acquired Brain Injury in the geographical area. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training - Bachelor of Social Work is acceptable - Bachelor of Occupational Therapy is acceptable - Bachelor of Physical Therapy is acceptable Competencies - Advanced - Time management skills - Basic - Computer skills - Intermediate - Facilitation skills - Advanced - Communication skills - Intermediate - Problem solving skills - Advanced - Organizational skills - Advanced - Decision making skills Knowledge and Abilities - Knowledge base and experience regarding Acquired Brain Injury(pediatric & adult) - Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Other Information - Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work. - Registered/eligible for regi...
