Manager on Duty - H2O Adventure and Fitness Centre

The YMCA of Southern Interior BC is seeking a Manager On Duty to provide leadership, operational oversight, and support across our Health, Fitness & Aquatics Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility, supporting staff during busy periods, responding to incidents, and fostering a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for members, participants, staff, and volunteers.
