Promote communication, adoption and change management to encourage buy-in and sustained use of assigned initiatives. Strategic analysis, AI and continuous improvement Assess and support the adoption of AI-enabled research tools and processes, in collaboration with other managers. Prepare and synthesize industry, legal, market, and competitive developments into executive-ready insights and practical recommendations for leadership. Ensure assigned priorities, scope, and deliverables are aligned with the R&I Strategic Plan and evolving lawyers’ needs.
