Vice Principal

Provide instructional leadership and support to K-12 teachers in delivering high-quality, culturally responsive education. Promote a positive school climate focused on student success, respect, and inclusion. Address student needs, behavior, and well-being using fair and restorative approaches. Support teacher supervision, professional development, and performance feedback. Build strong relationships with families, caregivers, Elders, and community partners. Promote and integrate Cree language, culture, and traditions throughout the school. Assist with the daily operations of the school, including scheduling, safety, and policy implementation.
