Human Resources Business Partner

Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, LTC, the HR Business Partner supports the organization's growth across the Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions. Working closely with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders, the role contributes to acquisitions, development initiatives, organizational change, and special projects. The HR Business Partner plays a key role in onboarding and integrating new teams, implementing HR programs, and driving initiatives that enhance the team member and resident experience.
