Reliability Services Manager

Ability to communicate the Acoem Canada principles to the client and employees under your direct supervision. Ability to conduct Reliability Awareness Sessions to team members. Ability to submit documented case studies for customer/employee newsletters. Development of Individual Training plans for each employee under direct supervision. Oversee all quality of data, technical reporting and deliverable recommendations. Generation of Site Schedule for employees given client requirements. Accountable for schedule compliance and route adherence of all reliability activities. Auditing/Metrics/Reporting: Accountable to ensure that all databases are compliant with current standards. Accountable for Data Nuisance Alarm Management. Support Management of Change Process Adherence. Asset Health Management. Accountable for the accuracy and the timeliness of all internal and external communications and reporting. Support Root Cause Failure initiatives for client.
