Registered Nurse

Support clients with chronic mental health conditions in navigating care systems. Provides nursing services during clinic visits including but not limited to ambulatory/treatments, foot care, wound care, palliative care, vascular clinics and post operative care. Educate clients and caregivers on disease management, medication and safety. Coordinate care across homecare, community health and mental health services. Participate in community outreach, health promotion and wellness initiatives. Current registration and good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or with Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS) Completion of an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
