Brandt Industries Canada Ltd is currently seeking a Shop Manager for our Saskatoon, SK location.  The Shop Manager oversees daily shop operations to ensure efficient production, cost control, and on-time delivery across multiple departments. This role coordinates scheduling manages staffing and budgets and drives continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and process optimization. It also collaborates closely with Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain to support product quality, workflow improvements, and organizational goals. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.
