Nurse A - Registered Nurse General Duty Nurse

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) - Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN) Licenses - Registered Nurse (RN) Other Education and Training - Nursing diploma is acceptable - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) Other Information - Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) - For more information on the city of Swift Current please visit http://www.swiftcurrent.ca/ - May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives - Unqualified candidates must be willing to take the Critical Care Nursing (CCN) training in a specified time.
