Oilfield Truck Dispatcher

* Coordinating daily work * Reviewing daily work and strategically re-evaluating to respond to changes * Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction * Planning and scheduling for outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc. * Teamwork with all company staff Job Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience * Post-secondary education or training is an asset * Experience in the oilfield particularly with land locations * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Microsoft Excel and computer skills * Exceptional critical thinking and problem resolution skills * Aptitude to apply knowledge & experience to "see the big picture" * Detail-oriented, organized and flexible * Process-driven individual, who excels at executing tasks from conception through to completion * Professional, prompt communication skills - both internal & external * A motivated individual with an uncompromising commitment to safety To make sure we hire and keep the best, Goudy Transport Inc offers competitive wages, great benefits, and a professional office.
