The Technical Account Manager (Industrial Processing) leads the commercial and technical relationship with Arrow Engineered Products' industrial processing accounts, including mixing systems, process equipment, and OEM component programs. This role owns the full sales cycle — opportunity identification, technical scoping, estimating, quoting, negotiating, and closing — for a defined book of accounts across food & beverage, chemical, specialty processing, and OEM/integrator customers. The TAM is a true farmer-with-teeth: they are expected to grow assigned accounts, win new OEM/integrator business, and personally generate $7M CAD in annual bookings.
