MDA Space is seeking an Engineering Manager, Satellite Mission Engineering to join our growing Engineering organization in Richmond, BC.  You will provide direct people leadership for an assigned group of engineers and be responsible for the effective operation and continued development of the broader engineering department.   You will be responsible for building and sustaining an engaged, capable and diverse engineering team. This includes workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, resource assignment, succession planning, and continuous improvement of the engineering discipline. Collaborate with project, program, technical and business leaders to ensure that programs are appropriately staffed and that engineers have the skills, tools and support.
