Registered Nurse (RN) – Community Nursing

Carecor is looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Community who will provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals and families in community and home care settings. The RN works independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care that supports clients in maintaining their health, independence, and quality of life. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of patients with acute, chronic, complex, and palliative care needs while promoting health education, disease prevention, and wellness. The Community RN delivers care in accordance with professional nursing standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. This is a casual position.
