Reporting to the Director, IOCC, the Associate Director, IOCC Transformation & Innovation is responsible for leading the transformation of Toronto Pearson's Integrated Operations Control Centre into a predictive, technology-enabled, collaborative airport operations model. This role will translate operational modernization strategy into sustainable capabilities across people, processes, technology, data, governance, and partner collaboration.
