The Events, Experiences & Operations Specialist (Waterloo) supports Sun Life's hospitality program, with a range of in-person meetings, hybrid events, and employee experience services. This role combines event management expertise with operational support, data analysis, and process improvement to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate events and experiences. The specialist is an on-site position based at our Canadian Headquarter in Waterloo. This role is dedicated to ensuring seamless event experiences 60% of the time, while the remaining 40% is focused on supporting operations.
