Under the guidance of the program Manager, the Residential Primary Support Staff is responsible to advocate and provide direct support for people in our care. These supports are based on the outcomes of person centred planning and according to choices and informed decisions and are within the scope of the Individual Support Plans (ISP). You will promote an inclusive lifestyle and support people in achieving their personal goals.
