Director of Retail - OEG - Rank & Rally (Sports Industry / Arena)

The Director of Retail leads onsite Rank + Rally operations at Rogers Place and reports to the Vice President of Marketing (OEG) on site locally, with a dual roll-up to the Area Director of Retail Operations (Rank + Rally). The role’s main responsibility is for the overall performance at all retail locations that include the Rogers Place Arena, the Flagship Official Team Store, Ice District activations, and e-commerce. The GM of Retail, Operations and Visual Merchandising Manager, Senior E-commerce Manager, and all Retail Managers report to the Director of Retail, who also has direct oversight of all supervisors, and all hourly staff.
