Senior Manager, Procurement

The Senior Manager, Procurement is responsible for the strategy, governance, and overall performance of procurement activities within a complex, matrixed aerospace environment. The incumbent leads a team of procurement supervisors and/or managers who are directly responsible for buyers. In this role, the Senior Manager ensures organizational alignment, develops frontline leadership, drives operational performance, and promotes the continuous improvement of the Procurement function
