Casual Library Assistant

-Grade 12 or equivalent -Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills -Computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet searching -Familiarity with Chinook Regional Library website and circulation system is an asset -Understanding and appreciation of the goals of public library service to people of different ages and cultural backgrounds -Able to stand for periods of time, to bend and shelve books, to move library furniture as needed, to lift boxes of books up to 15 kg -Able to work with minimum supervision -Experience working with children and vulnerable populations -Interest in planning, delivering and/or assisting with programming for all ages -A current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check is required as a condition of employment -Valid First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset Email a Friend Print This Job Email a Friend Print This Job Tweet Vous désirez plus d'information en français sur ce poste?
