As the Intermediate Mine Engineer - Planning, reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the rolling 12‑month mine plan for the Island Gold Mine. You will ensure alignment between development and production activities and the mine’s strategic objectives, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes in resource models and operational priorities. Working closely with engineering, production, and geology teams, you will deliver practical and executable plans that support both short-term performance and long-term growth.
