ROLE - RESPONSIBILITIES
· Troubleshooting data issues in production
· Provide technical expertise in data cleansing
· Provide quality assurance of imported data
· Identify data mapping issues across all systems and develop, implement solutions.
· Develop standards for data administration
· Develop tools to validate data administration policy
· Coordinate with the Business leads/Project Manager to ensure priorities and timelines are met.
· Help business understand system capabilities and limitations.
· Support the technical team through the design, development, and testing phases to ensure system design meets requirements.
· Create end user guides, training material and deliver training.
