Reporting directly to the Manager, Corporate Facilities this role is responsible the overall supervision and management of a group of community facilities. This position leads the facilities operation team and provides daily supervision to a team of unionized and non-union full and part-time staff. The Supervisor ‘s responsibilities include: assessing staffing needs, scheduling and facilitating full-time and part time staff; conducts performance and other related reviews and recommending training and development opportunities and coaching/mentoring; oversees the maintenance and operations of ice surfaces & pools/spas and outdoor amenities; selects and monitors performance of service contractors; managing the repair and maintenance of building envelope, equipment and furnishings.
