The Nursing Unit Manager of O.R./R.R. is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care in the Operating Room/Recovery Room. The Nursing Unit Manager of O.R./R.R. is accountable for the efficient and effective use of the unit's human and material resources in accordance with the philosophy, objectives and policies of the O.R./R.R., and the facility and the health region.
