The Executive Dining Room Server delivers exceptional hospitality and seamless service within RBC executive dining rooms, meetings and special events. Supporting senior executives, clients and guests, this role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and a strong commitment to service excellence. Working closely with RBC stakeholders, Compass leadership and culinary teams, the Server anticipates needs, executes event requirements with precision and ensures a polished guest experience from setup to event completion, while maintaining compliance with Compass and RBC standards.
