- Guest Assistance - greet guests, answer questions, provide helpful guidance and direct traffic. - Product Recommendations - Suggest cleaning products based on customer needs. - Bay Cleaning - Clean and reset bays between uses to maintain safety and cleanliness. - Cash Handling - Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. - Equipment Troubleshooting - Perform basic troubleshooting on hoses, wands, vacuums, and payment terminals.
