Our mission is to influence supply and build demand for the benefit of locals, communities and visitors through leading research, alignment with public and private sectors, and marketing Canada nationally and abroad. About the role:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our HR team at Destination Canada!

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll help us attract and hire great people, supporting our talent acquisition lead throughout the recruitment process while also taking the lead on recruitment for certain roles yourself.  And there's more to the role than recruitment: You'll be involved in everything from onboarding new employees and coordinating HR projects to working with our HR systems (UKG and Greenhouse), administering our employee recognition program, keeping our intranet up to date, and planning and delivering employee events.

What we're especially looking for is someone who loves finding better ways of doing things. You're curious about technology, including AI, and excited by the possibilities it creates. You enjoy getting into the nuts and bolts of a system, quickly figuring out how new tools work, and finding creative ways to use technology and improve processes.

At Destination Canada, we're passionate about HR done right: smart, strategic and people-focused. If you're a detail-oriented, highly organized person who takes pride in getting things right, enjoys coordinating activities and processes, and loves finding better ways of working, we'd love to hear from you!
