In support of Meridian OneCap’s vision, mission and values this individual will be accountable for providing support to our internal and external Business partners.
The incumbent will provide support for business applications: Leasing Systems, AI platform and Web Portals. The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for assisting with 2nd level of support to MOCC’s internal and external partners in all areas of the ITIL Service & System Development Lifecycle including Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and Continual Service Improvement
