Building Services Worker

- Grade 12 education, basic computer skills, training in the trades along with hands on experience in a maintenance and repair OR an equivalent combination is required. - Self-motivated with the ability to handle stress, while prioritizing workloads and respecting peoples diversity and individual differences - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to participate in an on call program for emergencies for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage - A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment An excellent benefits package including pension and Northern Living Allowance is offered.
