Facilities and Environmental Services Manager , Senior Living

Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for housekeeping, laundry, and facility maintenance services within the long-term care home, ensuring a safe, clean, compliant, and resident-focused environment. Provide hands-on oversight of facility maintenance operations, including monitoring building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and preventative maintenance programs. Conduct routine facility inspections, including mechanical rooms and rooftop equipment, coordinate preventative maintenance activities, and oversee third-party contractors to ensure building systems and infrastructure are operating effectively.
